Earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve and was admitted to Ohio state and federal district and appellate courts.

Civil Bureau, NH Attorney General’s Office

Began her career prosecuting medical fraud and defending state medical officials under Rule 36 in civil cases- the start of a focus on healthcare, employment, and regulatory work.

Ohio Commercial & Medical Malpractice Litigation

Represented commercial clients and defended hospitals, physicians, insurers and the Ohio Insurance Guaranty Fund.

Senior Legal Counsel: ProMedica & HCR ManorCare

Oversaw regulatory compliance for hundreds of skilled nursing, hospice, home care, assisted living, hospitals, and rehab clinics in 32 states and the US Virgin Islands including governance, contracts, clinical trials, pharmacy, EMR, privacy and employment matters.
